We make every effort to respect your time with a well managed treatment program. Your commitment to your appointment times helps us achieve great results.
Our patients also appreciate a variety of payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac, personal cheques, or cash. Financial arrangements can be discussed privately.
Many patients have dental benefit plans to help with their dental health investment. We cooperate with your benefit plan, providing the information required for you to receive your eligible benefits.

If you cannot keep an appointment, reasonable notice should be given to our office to reschedule your appointment (at least 48 hours / 2 business days). This allows us to be able to give this time to another patient.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In consideration of others, this office has a SCENT-FREE policy like most hospitals today so you are please asked to wear no perfume, cologne, strong deodorant, aftershave, hairspray or scented clothing . Many people are extremely sensitive to and made more ill by these chemical products. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
